NEMA Controller

NEMA interface intelligent single lamp controller is a remote control terminal device designed specifically for the intelligent upgrade of urban road lighting. It supports two modes: 4G Cat.1 direct communication or PLC+RF433 dual-mode hybrid communication, meeting communication needs in different scenarios and comprehensively improving the efficiency and maintenance management capabilities of street lamps.

4G Cat.1 Single Lamp Controller
This controller is based on LTE Cat.1 cellular communication technology and supports direct communication between single lamps and lighting platforms without the need for relays or concentrators. It is flexible to deploy and has fast response times. The product has functions such as remote on/off light control, electrical parameter collection, abnormal alarm push, and task self operation, effectively solving the problems of difficult inspection, high energy consumption, and scattered management in traditional lighting. It is a powerful "steward" for intelligent management of urban street lights.

Dual mode NEMA single lamp controller
The hybrid communication technology of power line carrier (PLC) and low-power wireless (RF433) is adopted, combined with dual link complementary networking, greatly improving communication stability and coverage range. Even in areas with complex power grid structures and multiple interference factors, such as urban villages or urban-rural junctions, stable operation can still be achieved. By being used in conjunction with the concentrator, it supports remote light on/off, intelligent dimming, status monitoring, data acquisition and other functions, and is uniformly connected to the lighting management platform to achieve centralized intelligent operation and maintenance.

Both controllers adopt the international standard NEMA interface design, which is plug and play, easy to install, and has multiple built-in sensors that can sense real-time information such as lamp post position, tilt status, lighting faults, etc., achieving active warning and maintenance without inspection, and comprehensively improving the intelligent and refined management level of urban lighting systems.
